Location

This permanent, full time role is based out of modern offices in Denton, Manchester.

Our HQ is extremely handy for the M60 and M67 motorways and offers plenty of private parking. 

The role

This busy and varied role will see you liaising with both our valued clients and insurer partners. 

Responsibilities include securing quotations on behalf of clients - mainly companies but also including select individuals - maintaining records, responding promptly and professionally to client queries, instituting policy amendments, liaising with the IFA and preparing reports for the Financial Services Director.

In addition, you'll also get out and about, meeting clients we serve across the North West and beyond.

What we're looking for in you

The successful candidate will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate good attention to detail.

If that's you, you'll also be confident in supporting and developing client relationships.

When it comes to IT, you'll be comfortable working with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and, ideally, know your way around Xplan applications. Some knowledge of insurer quoting systems would also be advantageous.
