We're pleased to announce that James Brown has joined RBIG as business development manager.
James brings over a decade’s insurance experience to the Denton-headquartered firm which is currently celebrating its 40th anniversary.
He previously spent more than six years with leading insurance claims consultants Harris Balcombe LLP.
There, as head of the domestic division and business development, he took responsibility for growing revenues and increasing both productivity and recovery rates.
Prior to that he spent nearly four years as client manager with Worsley-based claims consultants, Cherry & Griffiths.
Invaluable experience
In his new role James will report to commercial director Stephen Hodgson who commented:
“James brings to RBIG invaluable experience gained from the other side of the commercial insurance fence. His claims background means he’s seen from the sharp end when brokers get it right and when they may fall short.
“He knows the worth of a broker that values attention to detail and is there for the client day-in day-out, not just at renewal.”
Commenting on his appointment, James said:
