You should report the claim as soon as possible to your dedicated claims handler or your Account Executive.

Occasionally it may be suggested that you contact your insurer directly. When contacting them it will help speed things along if you have your policy reference to hand.
Your insurer will notify us that you have lodged a claim. We will then allocate at least one dedicated claims expert to your claim. Their job is to ensure that your claim is dealt with as quickly, efficiently and fairly as possible.
If necessary they will intervene to speed the process and advocate on your behalf should you be unhappy with how your insurer is dealing with your claim.
